First Vice-President, Member of the Management Board
Vladimir was appointed as First Vice-President of Alfa-Bank (Ukraine) in December 2011. Prior to this assignment, Vladimir has participated as a partner in variety of business projects. Earlier in 2007-2009, Mr. Izutin was Chairman of the Management Board of Russia-based Bank Soyuz. In 2005-2006 he contributed as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of MDM-Bank, Russia. In 2004-2005, Vladimir held the position of Member of the Management Board of URALSIB Financial Corporation, Chairman of the Management Board of Insurance Group URALSIB. From 1996 till 2004, Vladimir worked in Alfa-Bank (Russia), where he made his way from Head of plastic cards division to Senior Vice-President. Mr. Izutin graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1990, to further advance at Siberia Institute of Finance and Banking, which he graduated from in 1999, majoring in Finance and Credit.
