Mr Andrey Baranov graduated from Wharton School of Business (USA, Philadelphia) in 1999, MBA, majoring in finance and strategic management. He has an extensive expertise as investment banker with Merrill Lynch (1998) and as a senior advisor and project manager in McKinsey & Company (1999-2002). He has been Managing partner at Princeton Partners Group since 2002 and till present time. Mr. Baranov has developed a reputed profile as member of the board of directors at large corporations in the CIS, as well as he is powered by lots of practical experience of companies’ incorporation and reorganisation strategies development and implementation.
