Alfa-Bank (Ukraine) increased its share capital

On July 9 modifications were introduced into the Alfa-Bank (Ukraine) shareholders register due to the increase of share capital in the course of an additional issue. Alfa-Bank (Russia), whose share in the share capital amounted to 19.89%, acted as an investor.

Following this increase, the Bank`s share capital amounted to UAH 3,716,000,000.

The decision on the increase of the Bank`s share capital by means of the additional issue of ordinary registered shares (private placement of 739,435,000 shares) was adopted at the Alfa-Bank (Ukraine) General Shareholders Meeting, held on November 30, 2009.
