Alfa-Bank is a leader among corporate bonds underwriters on Ukrainian market. The Bank has been on the market from the earliest periods when the modern bonds market started to arise in Ukraine in 2001 through 2002 and debuted with issuing bonds for OJSC "Galychpharm" pharmaceutical corporation and for the CJSC "AVK" confectionary. In total, the Bank carried out management and placement of bonded loans for the amount of UAH 3.4 billion.

In 2002-2008 the Bank acted as a manager and successfully placed corporate loans of such enterprises as OJSC Galichfarm pharmaceutical company, CJSC AVK confectionary company, CJSC Mandarin Plaza construction company, OJSC Molochnyk dairy products manufacturer (through LLC Agrospetsresursi), Velyka Kyshenya supermarket network, JV LLC Metalen metallurgical company, CJSC Creative sunflower oil manufacturer (through LLC Sunoil-Finance), National Nuclear Energy Generating Company Energoatom major Ukrainian energy manufacturer, OJSC Dneproshyna giant tire manufacturer, Drogobych Drilling Plant drilling machinery manufacturer, Universalnaya Insurance Company, "Euroset” cell phone retailer and “Fora" retail network.

Alfa-Bank’s latest achievements on the bonds market:

• Debut in the segment of municipal bonds by issuing bonds for such cities as Vinnitsa, Berdyansk and Donetsk.
• The Bank’s team of analysts has ranked 2nd in terms of the quality of Ukrainian bonds analysis according to 2007 CBonds rating.
• Following the 1st half of 2008 results, the Bank has ranked among TOP-5 issue organizers according to CBonds  rating.
