The General Shareholder Meeting of CJSC Alfa Bank Took Place (May 2006)

The General Shareholder Meeting of CJSC Alfa Bank approved the report of the Management Board about the main directions of CJSC Alfa Bank’s activities in 2005 and determination of the main activities for 2006 as well as results of CJSC Alfa Bank’s work in 2005.

The Meeting decided to use the net profit from the bank’s activities in 2005 for the replenishment of the reserve fund of the bank.
