Alfa Bank sets coupon for its Series D bonds at 13%

Alfa-Bank has set the rate for 5 to 8 coupon periods of its Series D bonds at 13%. The volume of the bonds issue is UAH 200 mln (US$ 39.6 mln), term of circulation is from 6 March 2007 to 19 December 2011 (matures on 20 December 2011). The bonds have an annual put option. Coupon period is 91 days. The next coupon payment and put option is 25 December 2007.
