Alfa-Bank Ukraine has paid coupon for its bonds for the eighth coupon period fully and timely.  Interest yield per 1 bond amounts to UAH 32.41, which translates into yield of 13% per annum.

Alfa-Bank Ukraine has met all obligations of D Series bonds pre-term redemption according to the agreement. The volume of the bonds issue is UAH 200 mln, term to maturity is 5 years (matures on December 20, 2011). Coupon is paid quarterly. The bonds have an annual put option. The next put option is December 22, 2009. The next coupon payment is on March 24, 2009.

Alfa-Bank (Ukraine ) is a member of Alfa-Bank banking group and a part of Alfa-Group. The Bank is among the largest banking institutions according to NBU classification.  As of the first half of 2008, the Bank's revenues made up $14.1M, assets have grown up to $3,737M, while total equity increased to $544M in accordance with IFRS.

In 2002-2008 the Bank acted as a manager and successfully placed corporate loans of such enterprises as pharmaceutical company OJSC Galichfarm, confectionary company CJSC AVK, construction company CJSC Mandarin Plaza, dairy products manufacturer OJSC Molochnyk (through LLC Agrospetsresursy), supermarket network Velyka Kyshenya, metallurgical company JV LLC Metalen, sunflower oil manufacturer CJSC Creative (through LLC Sunoil-Finance), major Ukrainian energy manufacturer National Nuclear Energy Generating Company Energoatom, giant tire manufacturer OJSC Dneproshyna, drilling machinery manufacturer Drogobych Drilling Plant, Universalnaya Insurance Company, Fora retail network. In total the Bank carried out underwriting and placement of corporate bonds  in the amount of UAH 3.3 billion.
