The General Shareholder Meeting of CJSC Alfa Bank Took Place (April 28, 2009)29.04.2009 The General Shareholder Meeting of CJSC Alfa Bank approved the report of the Management Board about the main directions of CJSC Alfa Bank’s activities as well as results of CJSC Alfa Bank’s work in 2008. The Meeting decided to use the net profit of UAH 161,351 ths. from the bank’s activities in 2008 for the replenishment of the reserve fund of the bank. In 2008, net assets grew to UAH 32.3 billion, with capital worth UAH 3.3 billion.
