The Bank has established its “A-club”, which offers sophisticated bespoke banking services to its VIP customers (A-club). The A-club is managed as part of Retail Banking department. The A-club offers VIP customers exclusive private services, an individualised approach and confidentiality. Each A-club client is assigned a personal manager with extensive banking and financial experience. A-club clients are offered the full range of the Bank’s cash services, an individual tariff-plan for current and deposit accounts, Visa Infinite and MasterCard World Signia cards and access to a concierge service.
