The active development of retail banking started in 2005 by adopting new strategy of the Bank with Universal business model development. Retail banking includes providing current and deposit accounts, FX services, and money transfers. The retail banking segment includes consumer finance loans, auto loans, residential mortgage loans and other loans to individuals, debit cards, cards with personal installment loans and credit cards.

The Bank is currently placing emphasis on developing fully-functional internet-banking and mobile telephone banking, salary projects, public utilities payments and domestic and international money transfers. The Bank is also developing its MAB services, wireless application protocol, and short message service (“SMS”) banking.

The SME category is the newest category in the Bank’s business segment. SME clients receive a range of corporate and retail banking products, optimized to meet the special needs of small and medium sized enterprises, and simplified in order to make them easier to understand.

Banking Services for VIP Clients

The Bank has established a VIP client service (“A-club”), which offers individual banking services of premium-quality standard to a limited number of individual clients, principally high net worth individuals and their family members. A-club offers clients exclusive services, an individualized approach and confidentiality. Each A-club client is assigned a personal manager with extensive banking and financial experience. A-club members are offered the whole range of the Bank’s cash services, an individual tariff-plan for current and deposit accounts, and Visa cards as well as credit products in conformity with overall credit policy of the Bank. The A-Club outlets in Kiev were opened in 2009 in the Trade Centre “Arena – city” (located in the centre of Kyiv) and in elite residential suburb Koncha-Zaspa (situated near Kyiv). The Bank is planning to further expand its network of A-club outlets in Kyiv and in the largest cities in Ukraine.
