Head of Internal Audit, Almaty

Responsibilities

• Responsible for internal audit function within the Bank
• Update audit manual, financial procedures
• Develop audit plan
• Evaluate existing banking policies and procedures and making recommendations
• Write high quality reports and assist in identifying solutions for identified control issues.

Requirements

• Be qualified with a relevant Audit qualification
• 5-7 years’ audit experience gained in a financial organisation and/ or Big4
• Previous banking experience will be an advantage
• Have undertaken a similar senior level role previously
• Strong knowledge and understanding of local legislation
• Possess strong analytical and communication skills, ability to write reports independently
